What is Scheduled Personal Property?
Scheduled Personal Property is an optional endorsement available for homeowners, condo, or renters policies.
It provides additional coverage for high-value items like jewelry, fine art, musical instruments, cameras, and collectibles. Unlike a standard policy, scheduled coverage protects these items against a wider range of risks, including accidental loss, with no deductible in most cases.

(1) Get your item appraised.
Sourced from Mass.gov
Have your item professionally appraised to determine its current value. We recommend having your items reappraised periodically to make sure your coverage keeps up with their current value.
(2) Contact us at Nobile.
Once you have an appraisal, send it over to us and we'll take care of the rest.
(3) Coverage is added to your policy.
Once the appraisal is submitted, we’ll add the endorsement and your item(s) to your existing homeowners, condo, or renters policy. No new policy needed, and it renews with your existing policy. After that, just keep us updated if the value of your items changes significantly.
When does this coverage apply?
Scheduled personal property coverage protects your items in cases of theft, accidental loss, fire, water damage, and even mysterious disappearance. If your ring slips off at the beach or your camera breaks on vacation, you're covered. Items are insured for their full appraised value with no depreciation and typically no deductible.
